Antmen Foundation Was Born Out Of A Clear Vision:

Through Antmen Studios of Art, we are empowering the next generation of creative leaders. We help emerging talents hone their skills, showcase their work, and connect with a pioneering community of like-minded peers.
The Relentless Residency
Our flagship annual program, “The Relentless Residency,” is an intensive, one-month initiative that removes barriers to creation by providing essential resources and focus.
The Residency offers comprehensive support, including:
- Professional Development: Free Art Seminars and exclusive, long-term Membership Programs.
- Resource Access: Free Art Materials, workspace, and professional equipment.
- Market Exposure: Guaranteed Exhibition Opportunities for works produced during the residency.
- Community Building: Curated Networking Events like the Afrocentric Bonfire Night and cultural tourism.

Fostering Innovation
With our annual skill acquisition program, we equip individuals with practical skills and enhance their economic prospects. Our program focused on:
- Vocational training in areas like sculpture, graphic design, painting,crafts etc
- Entrepreneurship and business management

About The Founder
Richard Osehimoriah Joshua is a renowned Nigerian sculptor, creative director, and art educator. As the founder of Antmen Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting creativity, innovation, and humanitarian services, and Antmen Studios of Art, a prestigious art studio in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, he has cultivated a thriving community of artists and social impact makers.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Fine and Applied Arts from the University of Benin, Richard boasts over a decade of experience in the art world and social impact sector. His impressive portfolio includes participating in exhibitions, facilitating art workshops, mentoring emerging artists, and implementing community development projects through Antmen Foundation.
Driven by a passion for promoting contemporary African art, fostering innovation, and driving social change, Richard has established Antmen Studios of Art and Antmen Foundation as beacons of artistic excellence, cultural exchange, and community empowerment. Through his work, he continues to inspire and empower the next generation of artists, social entrepreneurs, and change-makers.
